Denis Monastyrsky, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, died

On January 18, 2023, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Denis Monastyrsky, died in the line of duty.

How did it happen?

The leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was sent to the hot spots of the country by helicopter. the flight took place at low altitude in foggy weather. A few minutes after takeoff, flying over the city of Brovary, the helicopter lost control and began to fall. The crash site was a local garden. The helicopter crash killed all passengers and crew members. Three dead children from the kindergarten are also reported.

Denis Monastyrsky (06/12/1980 – 01/18/2023)

Born in the city of Khmelnitsky. He studied in his hometown at the Khmelnitsky University of Management and Law. Then he stayed to teach at the same educational institution.
